Spaces You Can Use

Meeting Spaces

  • Study Rooms are available on the third floor of the library. You can reserve them here by following the instructions for "Self-Service Room Reservations".

  • The Seminar Room (up to 24 people) and the Media Viewing Room (up to 10 people in a darker environment for film viewing) can be reserved here by following the instructions for "Mediated Room Reservations".

Holding Auditions

  • Auditions may be held, with adequate advance notice, in the Library Auditorium which can be reserved here by following the directions for "Mediated Room Reservations".

Filming In The Library

  • Filming in the library is permitted, but only after a permitting process. Please visit the library to begin the process and obtain the requisite forms.
