Rooms and spaces within the Library and Learning Commons are available:

• To the UNCSA community only.
• By reservation, or on a first-come, first-served basis depending on the designated use.
• Refer to each space type's reservation page for more details and use requirements.
• Please review our reservation policies, including prohibited activities, and pre-event and post-event procedures.

Self-service Reservations

**For auditions, please utilize 4th Floor reservable rooms, or the downstairs Library Auditorium suite with vestibule.
 

Mediated Reservations

These library spaces are popular for special events. Reservations for these rooms must be approved by Library Staff. Please reserve at least 48 hours in advance.
