The Library is a popular shared space. In order to shoot or hold auditions or casting sessions in the Library, you must complete the following steps at least two weeks before filming:
- Complete any paperwork assigned by your professor
- Complete the On-Campus Location and Release Form
- Meet with the University Librarian Christia Thomason (production only). To schedule a meeting simply thomasonc@uncsa.edu email or call 336.770.1392 for an appointment. You should have a sense of the following before the meeting:
- Library space(s) you plan to use
- Day and time you plan to use the space(s)--note that times when the building is normally closed may be accommodated
- Your equipment needs
- Number of cast and crew members
