Citation Guidelines

A citation identifies for the reader the original source for an idea, information, or image that is referred to in a work. By giving credit to individuals for their creative and intellectual works that you utilize to support your research. In the body of a paper, the in-text citation acknowledges the source of information used. The Library Catalog gives you the option to select citation with each book in our catalog. Within the databases there is usually an option to gather the site premade Citation Information. Always remember to always check the citations for accuracy before including the in your work.
