Library Toolkit for Faculty

Remote Access to Electronic Resources

The Library's databases and online catalog can be accessed on and off campus using the library's website.  On-campus, from your office, classroom or studio, simply click on the link to the resource you need and you'll be connected without the need for a password.

If you're off campus (off the campus network), you'll need to authenticate yourself.  Our database licensing rules require that only current faculty, staff and students have access to the databases to which the library subscribes.  To authenticate yourself, just click on the link to the database as usual and a screen will pop up which requests a username and a password.  The username is your campus email username and the password is your campus email password.  When you've submitted this information, then you'll have access to the resource and can search as usual.

In order to see all results (included restricted subscription content), LibrarySearch requires authentication. Click "Sign in" in the top right corner to view full search results.

If you have problems accessing any of the library's online resources, just contact us.
